Annet Mahendru

Mahendru was born to a Russian mother from India and a Hindu Afghan father. She has a good command of German Russian English. Her parents are Russian and Indian. When she was 11, she choreographed a performance that earned her a slot on German TV as a graceful Russian snow maiden that turns into a playful Indian dancer. After completing high school in New York, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. John's University. She was a student of improv and comedy in the Groundlings School after leaving HB Studio. The actress was born by her parents in Kabul Afghanistan, to Hindu-Indian Ghanshan Kenne Mahendru (father) and Russian Olga (mother). At the age of 13 the divorce of her parents took place and she moved from Kabul, Afghanistan to East Meadow New York. Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys star in FX's The Americans. She is best known as the ex- KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova in FX's The Americans. The actress is famous for her frequent appearances in Fox's The Following & NBC's The Blacklist.
